Society during Renaissance was hedonistic as opposed to the Middle Age. The people as well as writers indulged in feasts (drinking, dancing, etc.) and physical acts of love (which were looked down on in the Middle Age). In short, they were very liberal :D
The Renaissance was a transformative period from the 14th to the 17th century characterized by a revival of humanism, significant advancements in art and literature, and shifts in political structures. It emphasized the value of human potential and inquiry, moving away from medieval norms. This era also saw the rise of the printing press, which facilitated the spread of new ideas across Europe.
